controversy in question is covered by the judgment passed in the

case of Sohanlal Mathur Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

(S.B.C.W.P. No.3631/2008) decided on 27.07.2021.

Learned counsel for the respondents disputes the said fact

and submits that the controversy is not covered by the Sohan Lal

Mathur's case (supra).

Learned counsel for the respondents prays for time to file

reply to the writ petition.
