1. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 04.02.2021

(Annexure-20) whereby, he had been placed under suspension for

being apprehended red-handed allegedly accepting bribe of

₹10,000/-.

2. Mr. Kotwani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition,

Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act, Court No.1, Jodhpur

has acquitted the petitioner of all the charges per-viam judgment

and order dated 14.10.2022 (Annexure-A)

3. He submits that though the petitioner has submitted a

representation before the Registrar, Board of Revenue, Ajmer for

revoking his suspension but no heed has been paid.

4. Mr. Mrigraj Singh, learned counsel appearing for the

respondent - State prays for and is granted three weeks' time to

file reply.

5. List this case on 13.01.2023.

6. Meanwhile, the Registrar, Board of Revenue, Ajmer shall

consider petitioner's representation and his request to revoke his

suspension, as he has already been acquitted by the court per-

viam judgment and order dated 14.10.2022.
