1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned

order dated 24.08.2022 (Annex.1) is clearly contrary to the

judgment of this Court dated 15.01.2020, rendered in the case of

Kiran Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP

No.14964/2019).

2. The matter requires consideration.

3. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

4. Mr. Mehta, learned counsel accepts notices on behalf of the

respondents and prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file

reply.

5. Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order impugned dated

24.08.2022 (Annex.1) and relieving order dated 19.09.2022

(Annex.2) shall remain stayed qua the petitioner.
