Heard.

Learned counsel for the respondent - Bank has

submitted that as on 30th November, 2022, the total

outstanding amount against the petitioner is

Rs.55,03,507/-. It is submitted that if the petitioner

deposits the above-referred amount with the respondent

(2 of 2) [CW-2586/2022]

- Bank within a period of seven days from today, the

respondent - Bank will release the property in question

immediately.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

the petitioner will deposit the above-referred outstanding

amount with the respondent - Bank positively within a

period of seven days from today.

In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is

disposed of with the direction that if the petitioner

deposits the above-referred outstanding amount with the

respondent - Bank within a period of seven days from

today, the respondent - Bank shall immediately release

the property in question and handover possession of the

same to the petitioner.

Ordered accordingly.

All the pending applications are disposed of.
