batch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.3962/2022 (Mahatma Gandhi B.Sc. Nursing College V/s

State of Rajasthan & Ors.).

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the

petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of in the same

terms as in Mahatma Gandhi B.Sc. Nursing College (supra).
