Since vide impugned judgment plaintiffs' suit for specific

performance and cancellation of sale deed has been rejected

under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, considering all facts and

circumstances, both parties shall maintain status quo in relation to

suit property as to alienation and possession as it exits today.
