Enterprises Vs. Authorized Officer and other connected matters

which was affirmed by a Division Bench of this Court vide its order

dated 21.02.2022 passed in D.B. Special Appeal Writ

No.406/2022; M/s Shree Balaji Enterprises Vs. Authorized Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to complete

the instructions.
