25/08/2022 Appellants-plaintiff have preferred this first appeal feeling
aggrieved by dismissal of their suit for partition vide judgment and
decree dated 23.03.2022.
Heard.
Admit.
Issue notice to respondents.
Record of trial court be summoned.
Learned counsel for appellants submits that both the parties
are in joint possession over the suit property.
In view of above, it is hereby directed that both parties shall
maintain status quo in relation to alienation and possession of the
suit property, as it exists today.
