Appellants being legal representatives of deceased defendant
No.3 have preferred this first appeal challenging the judgment and
decree dated 30.06.2022 passed by Additional District Judge,
No.2, Sikar in civil suit No.26/2003 whereby and whereunder the
trial court has declared the 'Will' and 'Power of Attorney' as null
and void and the suit property has been ordered to be partitioned
in 1/10-1/10 share between plaintiff and defendants.
Learned counsel for appellants submits that the suit property
is in possession of appellants and in another suit, the 'Will' has
been held valid.
Heard.
Admit.
Issue notice to respondents.
Record of the trial court be summoned.

In the meanwhile, the execution of the impugned judgment
and decree shall remain stayed and with further direction that
both parties shall maintain status quo in relation to the suit
property, as it exists today.
