1. After hearing the parties, it appears that the dispute can be

resolved at this stage only.

2. It is contended that the complainant- respondent had signed

a deed of retirement and was to be paid Rs.28,00,000/- as full

and final settlement. Admittedly, Rs.15,00,000/- has been paid to

the respondent and an amount of Rs.13,00,000/- is outstanding

as the payment of cheques has been stopped by the applicant. It

is agreed between the parties that the non-applicant will appear

before the Registrar and will submit a requisite form with regard

to his retirement from the partnership. The applicant herein would

bring the demand draft payable in the name of non-applicant to

the tune of Rs.13,00,000/- by 15.09.2022.

3. List this matter on 15.09.2022.
