This appeal has been filed by appellant-plaintiffs assailing the judgment and decree dated 21.05.2015 passed in civil suit No.13/1997 by Additional Session Judge, Srimadhopur, District Sikar whereby and whereunder the suit filed by appellant-plaintiff has been dismissed.

From the side of appellants, an application has been filed intimating that appellant No.1/1-Sushila Devi has passed away on 23.09.2021 and her natural heirs may be taken on record but no authorization from the side of natural heirs of deceased appellant No.1/1 has been filed.

The counsel appearing for the appellant No.1/2 submits that he wants to move fresh application for seeking deletion of the name of appellant No.1/1-Sushila Devi as the appeal survives and continue through appellant No.1/2.

Needful may be done, if desires.

Any order on the application for early hearing passed thereafter.
