The petitioner is present in person.

The petitioner submits that he is a Senior Manager with

Container Corporation of India Limited.

The petitioner submits that he is being continuously harassed

by the respondent and due to her non-cooperative behaviour and

repeated complaints being filed by her, he has suffered on

professional count also.

The petitioner in person also submits that essential

conditions of judgment of Rajnesh Vs. Neha have not been

followed.

This Court takes note of the fact that the marriage in-

question happened on 18.4.2018. Mutual allegation of

harassment and cruelty are there.

The petitioner is a Senior Manager earning about Rs.2 Lacs

per month.

There is an averment that the respondent is earning

Rs.16,000/- out of her teaching career.

The learned trial court has come to a conclusion that the

petitioner was having an annual income of Rs.18,80,000/-.

Interim maintenance is a stage where the trial court could

not have gone beyond the findings arrived at. The order is

justified. No cause of interference at the stage of interim

maintenance is made out.

The petitioner, who is having an annual income of Rs.18

Lacs, ought to pay Rs.40,000/- per month to his wife to enable

her to maintain herself to the living standard she would be used

to in the matrimonial home. The order passed by the trial court

dated 13.09.2021 does not call for any interference.

The misc. petition is dismissed.
