Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide

impugned order dated 12.08.2022 the petitioner has been

transferred from Bhadra to Sangaria. He submitted that the

petitioner, who is a low-paid employee being a Technical Helper,

would have to face financial constraints because of the said

transfer order. He relied upon the judgment passed in the case of

Vijay Vishnoi Vs. JVVNL & Ors.; S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.7268/2015 decided on 26.08.2015.

In view of the submissions made, Issue notice.

Let the copy of the petition be served on learned counsel

Mr. Anil Upadhyay who regularly appears for the respondent-

Department.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of the impugned order dated

12.08.2022 shall remain stayed qua the present petitioner.
