Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide

impugned dated 12.08.2022, the petitioner has been transferred

from Suratgarh to Upni District Bikaner. Learned counsel

submitted that the petitioner, who is a low-paid employee being a

Technical Helper, would have to face financial constraints because

of the said transfer order. He relied upon the judgment passed in

the case of Vijay Vishnoi Vs. JVVNL & Ors.; S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.7268/2015 decided on 26.08.2015.

In view of the submissions made, Issue notice. Issue notice

of the stay application also and be made returnable on

29.09.2022.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of the impugned order dated

12.08.2022 shall remain stayed qua the present petitioner.
