Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in identical

writ petition being SB Civil Writ Petition No.13656/2021, this Court

has granted interim order, while issuing notices.

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

within six weeks.

Meanwhile, the respondents shall stand restrained from

insisting the petitioner-institution for renewal of bank guarantee.

They shall further refrain from taking any adverse action against

the petitioner-institution.
