Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by

the judgment of this Court passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.

6496/2020 (Prabhu Singh & Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)

decided on 16.02.2021.

Learned counsel submits that despite the judgment of this

court the respondents are recovering the BLF amount from the

petitioner.

Issue notice, returnable on 22.09.2022.

Meanwhile and till the next date of hearing, the respondents

shall not take coercive methods of recovery against the present

petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner will supply a copy of writ

petition to Mr. Girish Sankhla, learned standing counsel for the

respondent-department within a period of three days.
