Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by

the Division Bench judgments of this Court passed in D.B. Civil

Writ Petition No. 11730/2022 (Jagdish Chandra Gurjar vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors.) decided on 18.08.2022 and in D.B.

Civil Writ Petition No. 11897/2022 (Mohammad Sajid Quazi

vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) decided on 18.08.2022.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed in the light

of the judgments passed in the case of Jagdish Chandra Gurjar &

Mohammad Sajid Quazi (supra).
