Issue notice to the respondent, returnable within eight

weeks.

In the meanwhile, effect and operation of the impugned

judgment dated 18.04.2022 passed by learned Upper District

Judge No.4, Udaipur in Case No.26/2014 (CIS No.1030/2014),

shall remain stayed, subject to the condition that the appellants

will release 50% of the decreetal amount in favour of the

respondent within a period of six weeks from today.
