After attempting to argue the matter on merits for

quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has

submitted that he does not want to press this sixth bail

application, however, prayed that as the petitioner is in

custody since 3.3.2016 and trial against him has not

been concluded till date, the trial court may be directed

to conclude the trial against the petitioner within fixed

time.

In view of the above submission, this sixth bail

application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, as the petitioner is in custody since

March/2016, it is expected that the trial court shall make

every endevour to conclude the trial against the

petitioner expeditiously.
