The matter comes upon an application for taking the

documents on record.

A perusal of the application shows that the documents as

sought to be placed on record are the certified copies of the

judgments passed by the Court pertaining to the criminal matters

of the petitioner.

As the documents are copies of the judgments, the same are

permitted to be taken on record.

The application is allowed accordingly.

Application for early hearing has also been moved by learned

counsel for the petitioner.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

allowed.

List the matter on 30.08.2022.
