This review petition has been filed by the petitioners qua

order dated 12.12.2017 passed in SBCWP No. 14635/2016,

wherein the writ petition filed by the petitioner against award

dated 6.6.2016 passed by Labour Court-cum-Industrial Tribunal,

Bhilwara came to be dismissed.

The impugned order was passed by the Court following the

judgment in the case of State of Rajasthan v. Ram Prasad & Anr. :

SBCWP No. 10883/2013, decided on 23.5.2014, which order was

upheld by Division Bench in State of Rajasthan v. Ram Prasad &

Anr. : DBSAW No. 1587//2014, decided on 1.6.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners attempted to make

submissions so as to seek re-determination of the writ petition by

making reference to the award passed and the plea raised therein.

The attempt made, in a review petition, cannot be

countenanced as even now it is not disputed that the order in the

case of Ram Prasad (supra), which has formed the basis for

passing of the order dated 12.12.2017, has attained finality.

In that view of the matter, no case for review of the order

impugned is made out, the review petition is, therefore,

dismissed.
