                                         In wake of instant surge in COVID-19 cases and spread of its

                                   highly infectious Omicron variant, abundant caution is being

                                   maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of

                                   all concerned.

                                         Counsel for the petitioner submits that land in-question

                                   belonged to the present petitioner and the allegations of trespass

                                   are not sustainable.

                                         This Court finds that learned trial court has arrived at a

                                   considered judgment while giving benefit of probation to the

                                   present petitioner. Once benefit of probation has been given the

                                   petitioner and the petitioner stands protected against any rigors of

                                   conviction no cause for interference is made out.

                                         In view of the above, the present revision petition is

                                   dismissed.
