The petitioner herein applied for selection on the post of Civil

Judge in pursuance of the recruitment notification dated

22.07.2021. The controversy involved in this writ petition pertains

to claim of reservation at the stage of shortlisting process.

Controversy identical to the one at hand was examined by a

Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in D.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.1868/2022 (Rekha Sharma vs. The Rajasthan

High Court & Anr.) which has been dismissed vide order dated

06.04.2022. The said candidate Ms. Rekha Sharma filed an S.L.P.

No.7238/202 against the judgment dated 06.04.2022 wherein, the

prayer for interim relief has been rejected by Hon'ble the Supreme

Court by order dated 25.04.2022.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is also

dismissed in light of the judgment dated 06.04.2022 passed in

D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1868/2022 (Rekha Sharma vs.

The Rajasthan High Court & Anr.).
