identical matter being SBCWP No.15318/2021, this Court

has granted interim order while issuing notices.

Hence, issue notice. Issue notice of stay application

also, returnable within six weeks.

Meanwhile, recovery/further proceedings in

pursuance to the order dated 01.6.2021 (Annex.P/13)

shall remain stayed.
