21/04/2022 The case comes up on an application (IA No. 1/2022) for preponement of date fixed by the office and seeking extension of interim order by indicating that notwithstanding the interim order dated 20.08.2019 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the trial Court is proceeding with the matter in light of judgment dated 20.08.2019 of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. V/s CBI.

The application is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

The interim order dated 20.08.2019 passed by the co- ordinate Bench of this Court is extended till vacated or modified.
