Issue notice. Issue notice of stay petition as well.

Mr. Pankaj Sharma, AAG is directed to accept notice on

behalf of respondent - Medical and Health Department,

Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

Since the matter pertains to termination of pregnancy of a

rape victim, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner

to appear before the Superintendent, Maharana Bhupal

Government Hospital, Udaipur today at 01:00 PM.

Mr. Pankaj Sharma, AAG is directed to instruct the

Superintendent, Maharana Bhupal Government Hospital, Udaipur

to constitute a Medical Board consisting of senior doctors, who

shall give their opinion regarding the possibility of termination of

fetus, while keeping into consideration the safety and health of the

petitioner, in case she is permitted to undergo the process of

medical termination of pregnancy.

List this matter on 25.04.2022.

On that date, Mr. Pankaj Sharma, AAG shall ensure that the

report of the Medical Board is placed before this Court.
