1. Inviting Court's attention towards para No.67 of the
judgment under consideration, Mr. Johari, learned Sr. Counsel
submits that though petitioner's contention that the regulation 18
is ultra vires the provisions of Electricity Act, 2003 has been
noted, but no finding in relation thereto has been recorded.
2. Though, the prayer clause of the writ petition does not
reflect any such stand of the petitioner Company but in view of
the memo of petition and what has been noted in para No.67 of
the judgment dated 29.05.2019, let notice, returnable within six
weeks be issued, to the limited extent of recording finding (if
required) in relation to petitioner's contention noted in para
No.67.
