After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he

does not want to press this writ petition, however seeks liberty for

the petitioners to move an appropriate representation before the

concerned bank authorities.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed

with the liberty sought for. However, if any such representation is

filed by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from today, it

is expected that the concerned bank authorities shall consider and

decide the same expeditiously strictly in accordance with law.

Stay petition is disposed of.
