                                        In wake of instant surge in COVID-19 cases and spread of its

                                   highly infectious Omicron variant, abundant caution is being

                                   maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of

                                   all concerned.

                                        On joint request of learned counsel for the parties, the

                                   matter is referred for mediation to the Mediation Centre attached

                                   with this Hon'ble Court. The parties shall appear before the

                                   learned Mediator on 18.04.2022.

                                        Let the matter be again listed before this Court on

                                   25.04.2022 alongwith the Mediator's report.
