controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment of this Court dated 13.12.2021 passed in a bunch of writ

petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14912/2018 (Mahesh

Devendra Dyeing Vs. Rajasthan State Industrial Development and

Investment Corporation Limited (RIICO)).

The present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the

judgment passed by this Court in Mahesh Devendra Dyeing

(supra).
