representing the appellant-petitioner, submits that the letter

(2 of 2) [SAW-222/2022]

petitioner Advocate in the caution list. However, till date the

petitioner has not received any information from the Indian Banks'

Association as to whether the recommendation of Dena Bank has

been accepted or not. He further points out that the learned

Single Bench has also observed in the impugned order that the

recommendation does not constitute stigma. He, thus, urges that

the petitioner may be given liberty to pursue his cause with the

Indian Banks' Association and with this liberty, he may be allowed

to withdraw the writ petition filed before the learned Single Bench.

Accordingly, the writ petition preferred by the petitioner

before the learned Single Bench is permitted to be withdrawn with

liberty to the petitioner to ventilate his grievances before the

appropriate forum. As a consequence, the instant intra court

appeal is also disposed of.
