After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

he does not want to press this writ petition, however, seeks liberty

for the petitioners to move appropriate representation before the

respondent No.2-Bank with a prayer to allow them to clear their

dues in installments.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed

with the liberty as sought for.

If any such representation is filed by the petitioners within a

period of one week, it is expected that the respondent No.2-Bank

authorities shall consider and decide the same expeditiously

strictly in accordance with law.
