Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and after

going through the record, we deem it appropriate to stay the

effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated

10th February, 2020 passed by the Commercial Court, Udaipur in

Civil Case No.01/2019, if the same has not been executed so far.
