No one appears for appellant.

Appellant-plaintiff has filed this first appeal, assailing

judgment and decree dated 20.01.2022 passed by Additional

District Judge, Dantaramgarh, District Sikar in Civil Suit

No.14/2019, whereby his suit has been dismissed and the trial

Court has decreed the counter claim filed by defendant Nos.1 and

2 and cancelled the sale deed of plaintiff No.2 dated 24.02.2011.

Matter requires consideration.

Appeal is admitted.

Issue notice to respondents.

Record of the trial Court be summoned.

In the meanwhile, the operation of impugned judgment and

decree dated 20.01.2022 shall remain stayed and both parties are

directed to maintain status quo as to alienation and possession in

relation to the property in question as it exists today.
