Order

27/04/2022 The eviction decree was passed in relation to rented shop in

question in Civil Suit No.110/1993 (52/1988) passed by Additional

Civil Judge (Junior Division) No.1, Beawar, District Ajmer vide

judgment dated 26.02.2013. The first appeal there against has

been dismissed vide judgment dated 31.10.2014 passed by

Additional District Judge No.1, Beawar, District Ajmer in appeal

No.18/2013 on the basis of compromise.

One of defendant No.2 through his legal heirs filed this

second appeal wayback on 11.02.2015. Since then there is no

interim stay passed in the present appeal.

Office is directed to enquire from the trial Court about the

present status of the execution of decree for vacation dated

26.02.2013 and to submit its report.

List this appeal again on 04.05.2022 in supplementary list.

In the meanwhile, counsel for appellants may also enquire

from his client as to pursue this second appeal on merits or not as

also about the present status of rented shop.
