Learned counsel for appellant submits that the trial court

decreed the civil suit in his favour however, in the first appeal, the

decree has been reversed.

Issue notice to respondents of appeal as well as stay

application.

Call for the record.

In the meanwhile, the operation of impugned judgment and

decree dated 29.03.2022 passed by Court of Additional District

Judge, Sawai Madhopur in civil appeal No.5/2017 shall remain

stayed.
