Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in

this writ petition has been considered and decided by the Division

Bench of this court at Principal seat Jodhpur in the matter of

State of Rajasthan Vs. Anil Vishnoi & Ors. (D.B. Special

Appeal Writ No.286/2021 & other connected matters)

decided on 02.12.2021 and prayed that similar relief be granted to

the petitioner also.

Counsels for the respondents have not disputed the

submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in

view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this court at

Principal seat Jodhpur in the matter of State of Rajasthan (supra),

in light thereof the respondents are directed to consider the case

of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Radiographer.
