1. Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section

439 Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No.92/2021 was registered at Police Station Hindoli,

District Bundi for offence under Section 376-D I.P.C. and Section

3/4 of POCSO Act.

3. No ground is made out for entertaining the second bail

application as the statement of child witness has been recorded,

who has specifically stated that the present petitioner locked the

girl inside the room with Rajesh and he committed rape with her.

4. Accordingly, present Criminal Misc. Second Bail Application is

dismissed.
