Appellant-defendant has filed this appeal feeling aggrieved

by the judgment and decree dated 06.05.2017 passed in civil suit

No.121/2007 (N.C.V. No.1579/2014) by District Judge, Jaipur

whereby and whereunder while decreeing the respondent-

plaintiff's suit, the registered sale deed of the appellant-defendant

No.2 dated 29.11.2006 has been declared as null and void.

Heard learned counsel for appellant.

Issue notice to respondents for appeal as well as stay

application.

Call for record.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, operation of

impugned judgment and decree dated 06.05.2017 shall remain

stayed with further direction that both parties shall maintain

status quo as to alienation and possession of the property in

question, as it exists today.
