Appellant-UIT, Kota has filed an application No.1/2022 to
presume the service upon respondents as sufficient.
Learned counsel for appellant submits that the trial court has
passed the judgment and decree dated 20.05.2017 in favour of
respondents-plaintiffs for allotment of plot and respondents have
filed the execution petition No.17/2018 titled Anand Kumar vs.
Urban Improvement Trust which is pending before the Civil Judge
and Judicial Magistrate (South), Kota.
In these facts and circumstances, this Court deems it just
and proper to allow to serve the notice upon respondents or upon
their advocate appearing on their behalf in the execution
proceedings, through the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate
(South), Kota wherein execution proceedings are pending.
In addition, the appellant may also file an application for
publication of notices to respondents in the newspaper having
circulation in the locality where respondents are residing.

With the aforesaid, the application No.1/2022 stand disposed
of.
Notices be given in two sets, one set be given "dasti" to
ensure service and another set be issued through registered post.
