This first appeal has been filed by appellant-plaintiff, assailing

judgment and decree dated 23.05.2017 passed by Additional District

Judge No.3 Bharatpur in suit No.95/2016 whereby suit for partition filed

by appellant-plaintiff has been dismissed.

This Court issued notices to respondents vide order dated

19.06.2017 and directed that status quo should be maintained about

the disputed property.

As per office report, notices on respondent No.2 is still unserved.

Admit.

Let notices for hearing of first appeal be issued to respondents.

Notices be filed in two sets, one to be served by ordinary process

and another by registered post.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, the interim stay order

dated 19.06.2017 shall remain in currency.
