This first appeal has been filed by the appellant against the

judgment and decree dated 25.10.2021 passed by the District

Judge, Bundi in civil suit No.07/2014 CIS No.1471/2014.

Learned counsel for the appellant-plaintiff submits that the

appellant filed civil suit for recovery of unpaid installments of the

tractor, which was sold to the respondent.

The respondent admits to purchase the tractor from the

appellant, however contended that he has paid the entire

installments.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that the trial court has

committed illegality in dismissing the civil suit for recovery of

Rs.3,19,263/- with interest.
