Issue notice.

Notices on behalf of the respondents are accepted by Ms.

Devyani Rathore.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all these

writ petitions pertain to claim of the retired petitioners for

payment of overtime/gazetted holidays/weekly rest/double duty

rest/due rest/night allowances and the controversy involved in

these writ petitions is squarely covered by the judgment/order

dated 10.12.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in

SB Civil Writ Petition No.20518/2019 titled as Ramkaran

Yadav (Senior Citizen) Vs. Rajasthan State Road Transport

Corporation & Anr. and prays that these writ petitions may also

be disposed of in terms thereof.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute that

the controversy is covered by the aforesaid judgment.

In that view of the matter, these writ petitions are disposed

of in terms of contentions made by the learned counsel for the

respondents in Ramkaran Yadav (supra) and the directions

issued therein.
