1. Petitioners have preferred this criminal misc. petition under

Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of F.I.R. No.199/2021

registered at police station Shri Madhopur, District Sikar.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the dispute

between the parties was of monetary dispute, which has been

settled and payment has been made to the complainant and

complainant does not wish to proceed further with the F.I.R.

3. As per the report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor,

petitioners are not having criminal antecedents.

4. Complainant is presented by his counsel, who has no

objection to quashing of the F.I.R.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. In view of the fact that parties have amicably settled their

dispute and complainant does not wish to proceed further with the

F.I.R., I deem it proper to allow the criminal misc. petition.

7. Accordingly, Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed. F.I.R.

No.199/2021 is quashed. Stay application stands disposed of.
