Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the
controversy involved in these Special Appeals is squarely covered
by the Judgment dated 12th October, 2020 rendered by the
Division Bench of this Court in Rajasthan State Industrial
Development and Investment Corporation Ltd. VS. Yunus
Dyeing (DB Special Appeal Writ No.1436/2019) with other
connected matters.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the
applications preferred by the appellant-RIICO under Section 5 of
the Limitation Act are allowed and the delay in filing the appeals
are condoned.
In view of the above submissions made by the learned
counsel for the parties, these Special Appeals are disposed of in
