     In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant

caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court,

for the safety of all concerned.

     Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned

transfer order is clearly contrary to judgment of this Court dated

15.01.2020, rendered in the case of Kiran Kumari Vs. State & Ors.

(SBCWP No.14964/2019).

                                        The matter requires consideration.

                                        Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also.

                                   instructions.

                                        Time prayed for is allowed.

                                        List after four weeks.

                                        Meanwhile, effect and operation of the impugned order

                                   No.740 dated 30.9.2021 (Annex.1) shall remain stayed qua the

                                   petitioner.
