Counsel for the parties submit that there is a possibility of

settlement of dispute between the parties, therefore the matter be

referred to the Mediation Centre of this High Court.

In view of request made, office is directed to refer the matter

before the Mediation Centre of this High Court. The parties are

directed to appear before the Mediation Centre of this High Court

on 12.11.2021 so as to explore the possibility of a mutual

settlement. The Mediator concerned shall forward the report of

proceedings to this Court on the next date of hearing i.e.

26.11.2021
