Bench of this Court in Rajasthan Public Service Commission Vs.

Mahendra Kumar and Ors (DB. Civil Spl. Appeal (Writ)

No.1151/13).

Issue notice of the application under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act to the respondent No.1 only, returnable within a

period of six weeks.
