1. Petitioner has preferred this Criminal Misc. Petition under

Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking fair investigation in FIR No. 198/2020,

registered at P. S. Deedwana, Nagaur.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report which is

taken on record. As per the report, police has come to the

conclusion that the case is not made out and the Police would be

submitting the negative Final Report.

3. In view of the fact that the Police has already concluded the

investigation, no ground is made out for entertaining this

miscellaneous petition.

4. Criminal Misc. petition is accordingly, disposed of. Stay

application also stands disposed of.

5. However, petitioner would be free to approach the concerned

Magistrate in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in "Sakiri

Vasu vs. State of U.P. & Ors. AIR 2008 SC Page 907" to

inquire about the progress of the investigation and also would be

free to file protest petition if the negative final report is filed.
