1. Petitioner has preferred this Misc. Petition for seeking

quashing of FIR No. 375/2021 registered at Police Station

Sumerpur, District Pali, Rajasthan.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the offence

is compoundable. Parties have entered into compromise and the

disputed property has been registered in the name of the

complainant. It is also contended that parties have amicably

settled the dispute and complainant does not wish to proceed

further in the FIR.

3. Counsel for the complainant has not disputed the above facts

and has no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

4. Counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on Soaly Khan

Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. in Criminal Misc. Petition No.

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-5501/2021]

1684/2021 and Mohsin and Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Anr. in Criminal Misc. Petition No. 4506/2019.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. Taking note of the fact that parties have entered into

compromise and the compromise has been filed by the parties, I

deem it proper to allow the misc. petition.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed. FIR No.

375/2021 registered at Police Station Sumerpur, District Pali,

Rajasthan is quashed and set aside.

8. Stay application stands disposed.
